2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Security Obligations
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ab998 account credentials. All activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You agree to:
- Keep your password strictly private and never share it with any other person.
- Never allow any other person to access or use your ab998 account on your behalf.
- Log out of your account at the end of every session, especially on shared or public devices.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ab998 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Successful KYC identity verification is required before processing any withdrawal above the threshold published in the Cashier. Incomplete KYC will delay withdrawal processing.
- ab998 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 60 seconds for mobile wallet destinations (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to review by ab998's compliance team and may be delayed if unusual account activity is detected. ab998 will communicate any delay and its reason to the player promptly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

These may include welcome deposit bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's cricket calendar, BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are available to eligible players with verified accounts in good standing. ab998 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Each player may claim a new player welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in all bonus amounts being forfeited and the accounts being suspended.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough requirement) before they or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements after the deadline expire and are removed from the player's account.
- ab998 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have begun meeting a wagering requirement.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering process, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

Free Bets & Credits
- Free bet credits are granted for use on specific markets or games as stated in the promotion. Unused free bet credits expire on the date specified in the offer.
- Winnings generated from free bets are credited as real-money funds subject to any stated wagering requirement.
- Free bet credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly.
Promotion Currency: All bonus amounts are denominated in BDT (৳). Where a promotion references a bonus amount (e.g., "up to ৳20,000"), this refers to the Bangladeshi Taka value and is subject to the deposit matching percentage and maximum bonus cap stated in the individual promotion terms.
6. Game Rules & Betting

Each game or betting market is subject to its own specific rules provided by the game provider or sportsbook operator. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game or market before participating.
Casino Games

- In-play (live) betting markets close at the moment of a relevant match event (e.g., wicket, goal) and re-open after the odds have been recalculated. Bets placed during a suspended in-play market may be voided at ab998's discretion.
- In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — ab998 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. ab998 will communicate such decisions to affected players promptly.
- Maximum payout limits per event or per day are published in the sports betting section and apply to all players equally.
Callbreak Quick & Card Games
- Card games including Callbreak Quick, Teen Patti variants, and Andar Bahar are governed by the specific rules published within each game's interface. These games are provided by certified third-party studios and use verified random dealing systems.
- Collusion between players — including communication during a game to coordinate card-play strategy — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
7. Prohibited Conduct
ab998 maintains the integrity of its platform for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions. ab998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit all balances associated with such accounts.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods to fund an account.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one ab998 account, whether in the same name or different names. This includes using different devices, IP addresses, email addresses, or payment methods to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, opening duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, or placing hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement in the games.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in casino games, poker rooms, or sports betting markets to unfairly influence outcomes or exploit pricing inefficiencies at the expense of other players or ab998.
- Arbitrage Betting: Using ab998's sports betting markets in combination with other operators' markets to place guaranteed-profit hedging bets in a manner that exploits pricing discrepancies rather than engaging in genuine sporting speculation.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the platform in any way. All game interactions must be initiated manually by the registered account holder.
- Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks with your bank or mobile money provider for deposits made to ab998. Chargeback disputes are investigated thoroughly and accounts found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently suspended with all balances forfeited.
- Money Laundering: Using the ab998 platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity.
- Hacking or Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ab998's systems, servers, databases, or another player's account; introducing malware, viruses, or any harmful code; or interfering with the platform's normal operation in any way.
- Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive conduct toward ab998's support staff or other players through any communication channel.
Investigation and Enforcement: ab998 actively monitors account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where a suspected violation is detected, ab998 may temporarily restrict the relevant account pending investigation. During an investigation, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will be held. ab998 will complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and communicate outcomes to the player concerned.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
Both ab998 and the player have the right to close an account under certain conditions. This section sets out the circumstances and procedures for account closure and suspension.
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your ab998 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be removed at the time of closure.

- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- A valid self-exclusion request has been activated by the player.
- ab998 is required to close the account by applicable law, a regulatory body, or a court order.
- Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ab998 will contact the player at their registered email address before taking action on a dormant account.
Effect of Closure or Suspension
- Upon closure for a Terms violation, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
- Real-money balances in accounts closed for non-violation reasons (player request, inactivity) will be returned to the player subject to identity verification.
- Players whose accounts are closed for breach of these Terms are permanently banned from opening new accounts on ab998. Attempts to circumvent this ban by registering new accounts will be identified and those accounts will also be closed with balances forfeited.

Force Majeure

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms. The rest of these Terms will continue in full force and effect, unaffected by the removal of the invalid provision.
